Today's Prayer
Heavenly Father, please fill every heart with your
peace and the hope you have given us through your son--our Savior--Jesus Christ.
I pray that you will lift the spirits of every person praying this prayer; that
they will experience your joy and feel the warmth of your presence. Father,
thank you for the gift of salvation through Jesus and the comfort of the Holy
Spirit you sent to seal and guide us. Thank you for your Word, the Word who is
the true Light..."And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we
beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father), full of
grace and truth" (John 1:1-14). Thank you for who you are and all you do. Merry
Christmas, Father. I love you. Amen.
